Note:-All the subjects of the current section examination of the candidates with the following numbers will be canceled and one more year in any examination conducted by the board.
1. Procedure for providing certificates:
a. As a regular / part-time candidate in class 12 examination by letter marking system (first two digits of registration number 78 and 79 having attended) with at least D grade in theory test and minimum C grade in practical (internal assessment) test in each subject
Candidates who have passed class 11 and 12 in the receiving and grade enhancement / partial side (starting digit of registration number 72, 73,
74, 75, 76 and 77) after 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of results.
b. A certified copy of the grade sheet / ledger of the minimum grade specified in class 11 and 12 is mandatory for the candidates to obtain the educational certificateshould be attached as
2. After the publication of Class 12 results, the candidates who are not satisfied with the grade/marks obtained in any subject, can reapply for each subject.
Rs. 500.- (Five Hundred) and attach the grade sheet/mark sheet or the grade sheet/mark sheet downloaded from the website for reuse 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the examination results.
3. Any error (postponed or absent, different subject, name, registration
number is different etc.) from the date of publication of the result at the concerned offices of the board or at the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur
It is requested to submit the application along with necessary documents within 6 months. No action will be taken on late and late applications

4.Participating as a regular examinee in the annual examination of Class 12 conducted in the month of Baisakh / May 2080, all others on the theoretical side
NG (Not Graded) in at most two subjects with a grade of D or above in the subject or absent in at most two subjects
Candidates will be able to participate in the grade increase test. Detailed information regarding this in the notification regarding the schedule of grade increase examination
is mentioned.
